The Health Profile Information System developed by our company is the ideal tool for players, coaches, clubs and managers. Based on measurable sport-health and performance parameters, we are able to track the dynamics of the growth of individuals as well as entire teams. The input player data we process are only measurable parameters (they do not take into consideration the talent level or the ambition of the athlete him/herself). The objective of creating this system is to provide unbiased information to help players achieve their goals, and clubs to manage the individualisation of player preparation and consequently increase their market price.
We cooperate with several government and non-government medical institutions in Slovakia and abroad, which represent the highest professional guarantee. The state of health of our clients is of prime importance to us and we verify it at regular intervals. Some basic medical examinations and inspections need to be submitted to us at the beginning of the cooperation.
We create a diet for different periods after consultation with a physician, a nutritional adviser and a fitness trainer.
The education process runs smoothly in our consultations with the athlete. During the creation of the Health Profile, the athlete receives a lot of new information with which he/she is confronted on and off the field on a daily basis. The company portfolio includes the preparation of seminars, conferences and educational blocks with leading experts.
When creating a player profile, a football player participates in various tests and diagnostics that are oriented, for example, on whole body diagnostics, functional movement system, stress tests (speed, explosiveness, force, reflection force, coordination), spiroergometry, etc. Testing and diagnostics are provided for individuals as well as for whole teams or clubs from all over Slovakia. The progress of athletes is evaluated by the Health Profile Information System (HPIS).
We analyse and evaluate an athlete's performance. Based on the results, we will then create an individual training system (training, rest, regeneration, nutrition, eating, etc.). After a certain pre-set time, we will repeat the process and evaluate it. The optimal time to complete the cycle is at least 3-6 months, or 1 year.
We set up and optimize individual training plans based on age, health, and current performance. Often these are also rehabilitation training units or training units during a transitional period (summer and winter break). Complete a short questionnaire for goalies or players
Training is done indoors or outdoors or the athlete provides for them himself/herself. A training camp can also be organized based on agreement. Training is set and evaluated online using a sport tester.
